Functional responsibilities

Organizes and manages the work of the personnel department, office work department, economic department, medical and sanitary department and health and sports complex.
Carries out control over the material and technical support of the enterprise.
Organizes public catering in production, providing employees with special meals.
Carries out work on the production and selection of personnel of the enterprise.
Supervises the implementation by employees of the rules on labor protection and fire safety.
Participates in a separate assessment of working conditions.
