Functional responsibilities

Deputy Director for Human Resources, consideration and consideration of citizens' feedback

- Organizes and manages the activities of personnel departments, office work, the economic department, the medical unit, the sports and recreation complex and the motor transport workshop.

- Participates in activities for the logistics of subordinate units.

- Organizes timely preparation for operation in the autumn-winter period of household and social facilities.

- Selects candidates for the reserve to fill the positions included in the nomenclature of the plant, and organizes appropriate training with them.

- Ensures compliance with the rules of labor protection and road safety by the employees of the motor transport workshop.

- Complies with and promotes compliance with the requirements of the international quality management system standards ISO 9001, AS/EN 9100, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 and ISO 50001.
